I hired Marcel for my husband’s birthday dinner, and to say that he exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. Not only was he professional but you could tell that he loved his work. He created a beautiful, 4 course menu complete with beef bolognese and mouthwateringly good chimichurri salmon. Our 16 guests were blown away and singing his praises. I loved watching him and his team create beautiful food in our kitchen. I look forward to hiring him again for events in the future.
