Chef Marcel is incredible. From our first conversation I knew I wanted to work with him. Out of many, he was one of the only chef’s to reach out and pursue my business and he remained the steadfast professional. I planned an event for a non-profit so he reduced his fees and though the price was still a bit higher than I wanted, it was worth the great food and service.
