His reliable and thorough communication continued from that first contact all the way to the time of my event. Chef Marcel spent a generous amount of time in advance of the party not only creating the menu but, also, the logistics and flow of the party itself. He was also very insightful and helpful in creating the party rentals I would need to support his services.

All of this pre-planning assistance was prelude to what was a yummmy delicious dinner that was savored by all of my guests. The steak and salmon were seasoned and cooked to perfection.
